Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist credential valid in the United States.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Demonstrated knowledge of home health care regulations and ethical standards.

Experience in conducting home care needs assessments and developing rehabilitation plans.
