About the Role

Join Cortica as an Occupational Therapist focused on treating children with neurodevelopmental differences. Work in a multi-disciplinary team using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach to assess and treat sensory, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals using standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions.
• Participate in autism diagnostic processes.
• Deliver therapy in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Complete documentation timely.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• First aid/CPR training.
• Tuberculosis clearance.
• Ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
