Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician providing naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Paid training and certification included.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
Implement BCBA-developed behavior strategies.
Document session data.
Collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis protocols.

Requirements

Experience with children preferred.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius.
