About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the medical strategy for assigned oncology programs
Interpret clinical trial data, including safety, efficacy, PK, PD, and translating findings into actionable development strategy
Ensure all clinical development activities are conducted in accordance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs
Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with medical experts and investigators in the assigned therapeutic area of developmen
Develop publications, and present data and strategy to governance committees and at external meetings

Requirements

MD, DO or equivalent degree. Board certification or eligibility in Oncology or Internal Medicine preferred
3+ years of clinical development and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Experience with biologic agents (mAb, ADC, TCE)
Experience with translational medicine and biomarker development
