Key Responsibilities

• Manage Nurse Team Leads with coaching and mentorship.
• Enhance team productivity through effective people management.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Serve as escalation point for complex cases.
• Champion NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation.
• Support succession planning and career growth.
• Represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 8 years nursing experience, including 2 years leadership in remote oncology navigation or case management.
• Certification: OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM.
• Coaching and leadership experience.

• Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
