Key Responsibilities
- Manage Nurse Team Leads with coaching and mentorship.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 8 years nursing experience, including 2 years leadership in remote oncology navigation or case management.
- Certification: OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM.
- Coaching and leadership experience.
