About the Role

Join Children’s National Hospital as a Social Worker II at PGCPS in United States. This is a grant-sponsored role in collaboration with Prince George's County Public Schools. This position will support 4 school based health centers in the Prince George's County Public Schools, 3 high schools and 1 middle school.

Key Responsibilities

  • provide crisis intervention and other mental health support and refer to community services when appropriate.
  • Provide follow-up services as appropriate and assesses outcome of interventions.
  • Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment for identified patients and families.
  • Develop plan for intervention based on assessment.
