About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician delivering ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Paid training included.

Key Responsibilities

Complete orientation and BCAT training.
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
Implement positive behavior strategies.
Document session data.
Collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis protocols.

Requirements

Experience with children preferred.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
