Key Responsibilities

Completing the nursing process in the delivery of patient care, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.

Serving as patient’s advocate and maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, and facility management to coordinate care.
