Overview We are seeking a PRN Collaborating Psychiatrist to join our team at Blue Ridge Recovery in Ball Ground, GA. Blue Ridge is an alcohol and drug detox and substance abuse treatment center offering rehabilitation programs for alcohol, heroin, opiate, and prescription drug addiction.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing clinical services to patients at the facility.

• Ensure clinical excellence and high standards of care.

• Overseeing the care provided by nurse practitioners, ensuring the patient receives the necessart car and treatment.

• Review medical information on patients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.

• One or more years’ post graduate degree practice preferred.

• Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
