Job Description
About the Role
Join Crossroads Inc as a Behavioral Health Residential Manager – Part-Time in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- None Essential Functions: Maintains a safe, private, clean, and healthy living environment for residents.
- Conducts room inspections, facility inspections, and reports findings by verbal and documentation.
- Handles new client intakes which includes property search, heat treating of clothing, room, mentor assignments, etc.
- Performs and documents breathalyzer and urinalysis testing, as necessary.
Requirements
- Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services personnel member requirements of: at least 21 years old; or licensed or certified under A.
- Title 32 and providing services within the personnel member's scope of practice.
- Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training.
- Current and annual negative TB Test.
Benefits & Compensation
- Physical Demands: While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit and speak or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and seldom lift and/or move >100 pounds.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
