Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance and quality improvement activities related to pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that promote safe and effective medication use.

• Collaborate with clinical teams, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence

• based interventions.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in the United States with an active and unrestricted license, willing to obtain Alaska licensure withing one (1) year of hire.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B. S. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) degree from an accredited institution.

• Knowledge and skills to provide age

• appropriate care to include inpatient medication reconciliation, medication therapy management and drug utilization review.
