Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the APTA or CAPT. A valid State Physical Therapy License is required for this position.
