The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and appropriate use of medications while providing consultative services and immunizations to patients. They will collaborate with clinic providers to manage pharmacist-led clinics and participate in educational and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a current Oklahoma Pharmacist License. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting is required, along with Oklahoma Immunization and Preceptor certifications.
