Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA Home Health PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will implement rehabilitation plans of care and conduct routine home visits to evaluate patient needs. They are responsible for communicating patient condition changes to the clinical team and ensuring all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a certified occupational therapy curriculum and hold a current, unrestricted COTA certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and the ability to travel within the coverage area with a reliable vehicle are required.
