Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care utilizing the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes adhering to standards of practice such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Requirements

A minimum of an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or RN Diploma is required for this position, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) being preferred. Candidates must possess an active RN licensure, obtain BLS within 90 days, and ACLS within one year of hire, with inpatient and/or cardiac experience strongly preferred.
