Full-Time & PRN Positions Available in Tampa, FL DUTIES Provide skilled occupational therapy service, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, in accordance with the physician's orders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy service, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, in accordance with the physician's orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function by applying diagnostic, and prognostic, procedures.

Conduct initial, and ongoing, comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments.

Requirements

(NBCOT) Preferably, should be a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Must be licensed, or registered, by the state of Florida.

Must have at least one year of institutional experience.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
