Clinical Therapist (LPC or LISW)

Key Responsibilities

Provide neurobehavioral health services, including evaluations and condition-specific support therapy, to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. Coordinate comprehensive care plans with facility staff, primary care providers, and family members.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work and current licensure as an LPC or LISW. Candidates must be able to work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team and possess strong time management skills.
