Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Pay Range: $20 - $23.75 Schedule: Schedule: 16 Hours Friday 3 PM - 7 AM FLSA: Non-Exempt Who We Are: Founded in Brockton, MA in 1975, BAMSI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization “bringing people and services together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
  • Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
  • Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
