About the Role
Join Mass General Brigham as a Senior Hand Therapist- OT/PT- BWH in United States. Site: The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. Key Responsibilities
- for patient care they have additional clinical and non-clinical tasks and responsibilities delegated to them.
- Evaluates patient’s occupational therapy needs.
- Formulates an occupational therapy diagnosis and develops a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.
- Demonstrates competency in all clinical knowledge and skills specific to the adult outpatient hand therapy population.
Requirements

Benefits & Compensation
- Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program.
- Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Certified Hand Therapist preferred. Experience Must have a minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience with demonstrated competency in hand therapy. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Work requires prolonged walking and standing, lifting, transferring, and positioning of patients and equipment, and the transportation of patients.
