Join Benedictine as a Physical Therapist Full Time Float (1 out of 6 weekends) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.
  • Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.
  • Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
  • Provides treatment to all BHS communities as needed; may be required to travel to multiple sites in a day.
