Key Responsibilities

will ensure medications are selected, prepared, and dispensed accurately and safely, supporting timely and compassionate patient care.

will help optimize medication therapy and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

will spend approximately 75–80% of their time primarily staffed in the new Neurological Building Inpatient Pharmacy, with opportunities to rotate into other areas, including the Main Campus Inpatient Pharmacy.

Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.

Requirements

graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or 2 years of relevant post

graduate pharmacy experience Post

graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience for Clinical Pharmacists hired in Critical Care or Pharmacotherapy 3

bed health system that includes a 173

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
