Key Responsibilities

• will ensure medications are selected, prepared, and dispensed accurately and safely, supporting timely and compassionate patient care.

• will help optimize medication therapy and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

• will spend approximately 75–80% of their time primarily staffed in the new Neurological Building Inpatient Pharmacy, with opportunities to rotate into other areas, including the Main Campus Inpatient Pharmacy.

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.

Requirements

• graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or 2 years of relevant post

• graduate pharmacy experience Post

• graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience for Clinical Pharmacists hired in Critical Care or Pharmacotherapy 3

• bed health system that includes a 173

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
