About the Role
Join Mater as a Senior Psychologist – Perinatal Mental Health, Australia in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our Parent Support Centre on a Permanent 0.8 FTE basis, delivering high-quality psychological care through individual and group interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical leadership in perinatal and infant mental health, supporting parents, infants, and families.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, case formulations, and evidence
- based individual and group interventions aligned with the Catherine’s House model of care.
- Apply specialist knowledge in perinatal and infant mental health to guide treatment planning, risk management, and complex clinical decision
Requirements
- General registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practicing certificate. Highly Desirable Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical or Educational & Developmental Psychology.
- Working towards or attained PsyBA approved supervisor.
