About the Role
Join Wellbridge Addiction Treatment and Research as a Physician Assistant in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of all Wellbridge patients
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to oversee the development of personalized treatment plans for each individual Wellbridge patient
- Receptive to and a driver of innovation through implementation of approaches, capitalizing on technology, integration of research and educating all staff
- Maintain understanding of current treatments, knowledge, and practices in addiction care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies required. MA preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in New York State required. National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification preferred.
- BLS, required. ACLS or other certification, as required by department. Certifications must be obtained within one (1) month of employment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of clinical risk
