Join MERCYHEALTH as a PHYSICAL THERAPIST - INPATIENT in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: FHN Memorial Hospital - FREEPORT, IL 61032Position Type: Ad Lib/Per Diem/As NeededSalary Range: $35.00 - $57.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients for initiation, change or discharge of plan of care.
- Develops and implements treatment plan incorporating treatment methods and goals with patient/caregiver input.
- Completes relevant documentation and record keeping of stated services and consultation with other disciplines and services per regulatory guidelines.
- Designs, fabricates, fits and educates in use of assistive devices, special equipment, splints and orthotics.
Requirements
- X Lifting/Carrying (Patient) Less than 25 lbs.
- X Pushing/Pulling 0 – 25 lbs.
- X Populations Served While performing this job, the employee may care for patients in the following age groups.

- Hourly rate: $57.75/hr.
