Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist provides integrated medication therapy management for patients with diabetes and obesity, including dose optimization and adherence counseling. Requirements

Applicants must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and possess a valid pharmacist license in the state of employment. A minimum of 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience is required, with residency completion preferred.
