Key Responsibilities

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Administers a variety of patient care and special procedures utilizing unique skills/training to this department.

• Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, and develops and modifies occupational therapy plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes for patients.

• Performs a comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment of assigned patients as evidenced by clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Act as a preceptor as requested.

• Demonstrate excellent work attendance and attend and actively participate in a variety of meetings and training sessions as required.

• Adhere to the Avem Health Partners Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior.

• Complies with established policies and procedures and all health and safety requirements.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
