About the Role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Administers a variety of patient care and special procedures utilizing unique skills/training to this department.

Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, and develops and modifies occupational therapy plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes for patients.

Performs a comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment of assigned patients as evidenced by clinical documentation.

Requirements

Act as a preceptor as requested.

Demonstrate excellent work attendance and attend and actively participate in a variety of meetings and training sessions as required.

Adhere to the Avem Health Partners Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior.

Complies with established policies and procedures and all health and safety requirements.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
