Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home.
• Provide extensive family training and ongoing support.
• Work as part of a hospital-at-home team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year RN experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care with trach/vent.
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
