About the Role

Serve as a full-time Charge RN / Team Lead at Health by Design's outpatient Family Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque, NM. Support clinic staff and collaborate closely with family medicine providers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinic staff and daily operations.
Provide direct patient care and support chronic illness management.
Rotate between clinic and mobile health unit serving Albuquerque facilities.

Requirements

Registered Nurse license in New Mexico.
CPR and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's or diploma accepted with experience.
