Key Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages while performing various urgent care procedures. They will also collaborate with the clinical team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess an active license in Illinois or Indiana. Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
