Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Oversee comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring high-quality treatment.

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Supervision: Lead and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the applicable state.

• Strong clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to lead and collaborate within a healthcare team.

• Prior nursing home experience is often preferred.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
