The clinical pharmacist is the medication expert in all assigned areas, functions as a consultant to other health care professionals and manages medication therapy across the continuum of care

• Plans, implements and operate drug monitoring and utilization programs as assigned. Responsible for developing, providing, and supporting educational programs of the Service and Medical Center.
