Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs to develop individualized care plans.

Provide counseling and support to clients and their families to address mental health, substance abuse, and other psychosocial issues.

Advocate on behalf of clients to secure access to healthcare, housing, employment, and social services.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare providers, educators, and legal professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Requirements

Valid and current license to practice social work (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) in Texas.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Demonstrated experience in case management, client assessment, and counseling.

Strong knowledge of social service systems, community resources, and relevant laws and regulations.
