About the Role

Join Rising Ground, Inc. as a Mental Health Clinician in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical work to families referred to Child Protective Services, including assessment of needs

Actively participate in planning conferences, acting as mental health expert

Ensure that internal and external referrals are individualized and tailored to meet families’ needs, working collaboratively with our Access and Referral Department

Ensure that warm handoffs occur in making referrals

Requirements

Must have an active Clinical License (LMSW, LMFC, LCAT, LMHC) or Limited Permit with plans to take the clinical licensing exam

Experience/expertise in mental health diagnostics

Experience and comfort with Evidence Based Models and multiple assessment measures

Meaningful commitment to practicing from a healing
