Requirements

A graduate from an ACPE-accredited college of Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent with FPGEE/FPGEC certification) is required, along with current or pending Minnesota pharmacist licensure and BLS certification. A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and pediatric residency are preferred.
