Physician Primary Care (Family Medicine - Belmont)

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing primary care services as a Family Medicine Physician within the Concord Hospital – Laconia system. The physician will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a medical degree and have completed a three-year residency in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Family Medicine, along with New Hampshire medical license eligibility, is mandatory.
