Key Responsibilities

provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a warm and supportive environment.

Provide IOP, PHP group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.

Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.

Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.

Requirements

For Bachelors or Master’s degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).

Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.

Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.
