Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff. This role involves ensuring optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes and proactively developing pharmaceutical plans for every patient.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and possess either a PGY1 residency or two years of equivalent pharmacist experience in a health-system setting, with pediatric experience being preferred. Licensure as a Texas Pharmacist is mandatory, along with current Basic Life Support certification, and PALS certification within 60 days for critical care areas.
