Join Young at Heart Pharmacy as a Pharmacist – Long-Term Care in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the identity, strength and purity of medications.

• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, ascertain the needed ingredients, and evaluate their suitability.

• Compound and dispense medications following prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized medical practitioners.

• Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.

Requirements

• Active license from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
