About the Role
Join UPMC as a Health Care Manager - Special Needs Plan (SNP) - Social Worker Preferred (Remote) in United States. UPMC Health Plan is hiring a full-time Health Manager to support the Special Needs Plan team. The team is based out of downtown Pittsburgh, but team members may reside anywhere in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides members, providers, and other stakeholders with information concerning.
Requirements
- internet system/service and speed/ latency requirements as set forth by UPMC.
- Equipment must be connected directly or hard-wired to the internet modem/router with an ethernet cable.
- Most cable and fiber optic providers can meet the requirement.
