Key Responsibilities
- As our Pharmacist, you’ll help our doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to help our patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury.
- Every day you will meticulously review every prescription in your queue for safety, critically assessing for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, patient allergies, or any irregularities.
- You'll then authorize prescriptions for the pharmacy technician, performing a final check before dispensing medication to the nursing station, ensuring expert oversight in every process.
- To excel in this role, you must enjoy learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions for real people.
Requirements
- Required Bachelors Of Science, upon hire or Doctor Of Pharmacy Pharmacy, upon hire and Hospital or Retail pharmacy experience Pharmacist: KY, upon hire.
