Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent instruction, guidance, encouragement, and reinforcement to the clients that are committed.

• coordinate activities, conduct group therapy, document client’s progress, and maintain electronic documentation.

• coordinate coverage with other Behavioral Aides for dates unable to report to work, either annual or sick leave.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
