Provide consistent instruction, guidance, encouragement, and reinforcement to the clients that are committed.

coordinate activities, conduct group therapy, document client’s progress, and maintain electronic documentation.

coordinate coverage with other Behavioral Aides for dates unable to report to work, either annual or sick leave.
