Join Atlantic Health System as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist – Full-Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to pediatric oncology patients, including: review and recommend optimal, evidence

formulary orders to formulary when possible

Participate in direct patient care rounding and activities in the inpatient setting

Facilitate transitions of care by obtaining patient medication histories, conducting patient and caregiver education, and counseling on newly initiated medications

Requirements

Candidates must possess a PharmD degree from an accredited school and hold a current New Jersey Board of Pharmacy license, along with a minimum of one year of hospital practice experience. Completion of a PGY1 residency and a PGY2 residency in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Oncology is preferred, as are relevant board certifications.
