Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse II is accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, which includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and managing transitions of care within an acute setting. This role involves developing and coordinating a plan of care that addresses psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors for all assigned patients.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or hold an RN license, possess an active RN license for the state of care, and have Basic Life Support certification. Required experience is 2 years of recent relevant experience, along with specific department certification as a CWOCN (Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse).
