Key Responsibilities

  • will help members navigate the health and social services systems in Charlotte, and work closely with patients to address problems and answer questions, gather and provide information and advice, connecting patients to resources and the community.
  • will initiate, establish and maintain relationships not only with patients, but also with families, as you care for members of Amae Health.
  • lead stable, meaningful lives, while ending the cycle of repeat hospitalizations.
  • manage a panel of complex members through behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendatio.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board-Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrists with an active NC license and DEA. Prior experience with mental health and addiction issues, as well as a holistic perspective on health, is required.
