Key Responsibilities

• specific, age appropriate, drug therapy management plans and therapy endpoints Documents medication

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy.

• Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required.

• ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $93.15/hr.
