Key Responsibilities
- provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living.
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordanc.
- Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
- Coordinate treatment plan with resident, family and other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from and accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
- Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
