Key Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and re

evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals

Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required

Ability to pass DHS Background check

Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required
