Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver exceptional and appropriate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing (DON) regarding patient care.
- Conduct patient rounds, contribute to daily care decisions, write orders, and facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Record daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely manner, with dictation services available.
