Key Responsibilities
- routine situations; counsels donors with abnormal test results and defers them accordingly Provides immediate medical care for adverse reactions or injuries; follows
- service training, continuing education programs, staff meetings, and safety meetings Performs computer data entry and general administrative duties with attention to accuracy and quality assurance
Requirements
- Demonstrate a positive approach toward donors, technicians and other staff members, acting in a highly professional manner at all times.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable and punctual Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT: Work is generally performed in the plasma center Ability to pull and lift equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.
