Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities to improve mobility and independence. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized care plans, and documenting progress within the EMR system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and lift up to 50 lbs are required.
